School of Send believes in bikes, community, and stoke for all. We are committed to creating a positive environment of inclusiveness and connectivity for riders from all backgrounds, gender identities and expressions, races, cultures, and beliefs. We want all riders to feel supported and stoked to send it!

About our Adult Camps

Adult clinics generally come in the form of 2 day weekend offerings. If schedules don’t align, please feel free to reach out to us with suggestions or consider booking an individual/group private lesson.

Cornering 101

  • Cornering 101 is all about learning and dialing in the fundamentals of how to corner with comfort and skill. This two day clinic will take riders all around the Post Canyon trail system to practice cornering on a variety of common scenarios.

  • Cornering 101 is a beginner/intermediate camp. Prior to signing up, riders must:

    • Have a solid grasp of mountain bike fundamentals. i.e. you can safely ride beginner and some intermediate trails while maintaining good brake control and feel comfortable standing up while riding.

Beginner Intermediate

  • Beginner to intermediate level riders

    Whether you’re a beginner and need to become more proficient with braking and increase understanding of body position or intermediate and want to learn more about bike compression, control descending in steeper/technical terrain, and how to safely navigate all rollable drops/jumps, this camp is for you. 

    Over the course of two days, riders will learn the foundations of mountain biking, receive specific feedback on their skills, and apply all they’re learning to the trails. Shuttles will be provided both days to maximize on learning and downhill fun.

  • Riders signing up for this camp must:

    • Be comfortable riding bike on beginner trails

Air 101

  • Getting the wheels off the ground can be intimating, but everyone can do it with just a bit of practice. With jumps and drops becoming more and more common, our Air 101 camp is here to help riders understand the techniques required to safely begin exploring jumps and drops.

    This two day clinic will take riders around the Post Canyon trail system and tackle entry level jumps.

  • Air 101 is for riders looking to explore jumps. To sign up you must:

    • Have a strong grasp of all the mountain bike fundamentals: brake control, body position, trail scanning, and have experience on green and intermediate trails.

She-sENDS:

  • The goal for this camp is to help female/female identifying beginner to intermediate riders send it to the next level. Whether you’re a beginner and need to become more proficient with braking and increase understanding of body position or intermediate and want to learn more about bike compression, control descending in steeper/technical terrain, and how to safely navigate all rollable drops/jumps, this camp is for you. 

    The rider to coach ratio in this camp provides the ability to cater to riders of varying skill levels. The expertise, experience, and enthusiasm of the coaches will provide an environment where all riders progress their skills, gain more confidence, have fun, and make new friends.

  • Beginner: Novice level control of the bike on slightly sloped dirt trails.

    Intermediate: Solid grasp of MTB fundamentals and experience on some intermediate trails.

Air 102

  • The goal for this four day series is to help intermediate+ riders develop skills and confidence to send it in the air. Riders in this camp will gain a solid understanding and demonstrate proficiency with bike compression, timing, and bike flight/air awareness for small-medium gap jumps and drops.

    The rider to coach ratio in this camp provides the ability to cater to riders of varying skill levels. The expertise, experience, and enthusiasm of the coaches will provide an environment where all riders progress their skills, gain more confidence, have fun, and meet fellow riders.

  • Riders for this camp must:

    • Be comfortable on entry level jumps

    • Have an interest in exploring intermediate jumps and entry-level gaps.

Intermediate/Advanced Camp

  • If you’re ready to tackle more technical terrain, learn to corner turns/berms faster and more effectively, and build a solid skill base for getting air, this camp is for you! The goal for this camp is for riders to have a solid understanding and demonstrate proficiency with bike compression and unweighting (air), safely navigating small to medium drops/jumps, and riding technical terrain descending/climbing.

    The 6:1 rider to coach ratio provides the ability to cater to riders of varying skill levels. The expertise, experience, and enthusiasm of the coaches will provide an environment where all riders progress their skills, gain more confidence, have fun, and meet fellow riders.

  • Riders signing up must:

    • Be comfortable riding green trails and have some experience on intermediate trails.
